Tributes paid to Sir Arthur Cotton

Rajahmundry, May 15 (UNI) Tributes were paid to Sir Arthur Cotton, who carved out of Cauvery, Krishna and Godavari Delta by constructing Anaicuts on his birth anniversary today.

In a function held at various parts of the city and districts, the farmers garlanded the statue of Cotton and recalled his services to the delta regions.
