Trade worth Rs 2,637 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 15 (UNI) As many as 3,077 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) today participated in trades worth Rs 2,637 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs.

There were more than 89,632 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in among others jeera, pepper, guarseeds, sugarM, chana and gold, said an NCDEX release here.

Yesterday, 602 memebers had participated in trading and put through more than 94,276 trades. The trade volume for the whole day, till 2330 hrs, was Rs 2,993 crore (one way). Active trades were high jeera, guarseeds, pepper, sugarM, gold and chana among others, the release added.
