Three drowned in dam

Vellore, May 15 (UNI) Three persons including two women drowned in Mordhana dam near here today.

Police said, the deceased Mrs s Kanakavalli22), Ms V Thenmozhi (21) and P Kumar (14) went to attend a local temple festival at Gudiyatham. After attending the festival, they went to the dam.

Kumaran drowned when he was taking bath.

The other two women also met with the same fate when they attempted to rescue the boy.
