Bangalore, May 15: Capturing the imagination of the Indian mobile users, OnMobile, the market leader in telecom value-added services, today announced its strategic tie up with Nokia-Siemens Network (NSN) for its Ring Bank Tone (RBT) solution.

The revenue sharing model would enable NSN roll out the RBT solution in several countries across the world. Besides seeking fresh pastures, the RBT would also be re-introduced in countries where similar value-added service had failed, company Chief Technology Officer Mouli Raman told newspersons here.

Commenting on the tie up with NSN, he said the company would soon sign up a carrier in Asia with NSN for rolling out RBT. It also proposed to market products in Latin America and Africa, he added.

OnMobile was also a leader in mobile content distribution, mobile advertising and interactive media portal. It had direct interactive reach to over 200 million telecom subscribers in Asia with over 90 million unique users. Besides India, OnMobile had operations in Singapore, Australia, Pakistan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Indonesia.

Based in Bangalore, where it had a large development centre and a research and testing lab, the company had a strength of over 600 staff and leveraged Infosys global technical and delivery resource capabilities.
