Nipuna, Phoenix to launch Customer Intelligence Programme

Hyderabad, May 15 (UNI) The BPO arm of Satyam, Nipuna Services Ltd today announced that it has entered into an alliance with one of the fastest growing marketing services firms in the United States Phoenix Marketing International to launch a cost-effective, highly-predictive modelling methodology, Customer Intelligence Programme (CIP).

The strategic alliance would enable clients of the two companies to take advantage of Nipuna's Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) capabilities and Phoenix Marketing's Strategic Research experience, said a company release.

Nipuna, the world's first eSCM Level 4 certified company, was recently ranked sixth in the world by the Brown and Wilson's Black Book of Outsourcing.

Phoenix's senior analytics and industry specialists will use Nipuna's highly-evolved research processes and professional team to collect, integrate and model customer perceptions, attitudes and behaviour. A unique aspect of CIP was the direct linkage of attitudes to stated or actual buyer behaviour, allowing clients to evaluate the financial risks and benefits of positive and negative customer experiences, the release added.

The resulting customer intelligence would bring to CIP users a competitive advantage - delivering predictive models of customer behaviour, and generating fact-based recommendations to senior management. CIP would be available on a syndicated and custom basis in multiple industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, Technology, Telecom and Travel and Leisure, the release said.
