Marginal relief from scorching heat
Patna, May 15 (UNI) People in Bihar today felt a marginal relief from the scorching heat as the maximum temperature in most parts of the state witnessed a downward trend.
This drop in the temperature is expected to continue for the next 24 hours.
A local Met office personnel here said the city would experience an overcast sky tomorrow, which might further reduce the temperature. People, who were reeling under a hot spell for the past few days have every reason to rejoice with maximum temperature at Patna hovering at 34.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature stood at 26.0 degrees Celsius, sources added.
In Bhagalpur, the maximum temperature was recorded at 35.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature stood at 25.8 degrees Celsius.
Similarly, Gaya recorded 37 degrees and 25.3 degrees Celsius respectively.
