Man murdered at Thakurpara

Barrackpore, May 15 (UNI) A 32-year-old man was killed at Thakurpara under Naihati police station area in North 24 Parganas last night, police said today.

Two persons were arrested so far in this connection.

The victim, Tapan Karmakar, a resident of Kanchrapara under Beejpur police station area, had allegedly gone to Thakurpara with his accomplices.

He was stabbed on his back, police said adding they have sent the body for postmortem.
