Indian Taekwondo Team leaves for Beijing

Bangalore, May 15 (UNI) The 15-member Indian Taekwondo Team left here today to participate in the 18th WTF World Taekwondo Championship to be held in Beijing from May 18 to 22.

The team consists of Seven men and Eight women players.

Following is the team: Men: Sunil Kumar(Kar), Abdul Mobeen Khan(UP), Jagjeet Singh Mand(MP), Umesh Tamang(Skm), K Dorababu(AP), Ibrahim Khan(SSCB), Sushant Gupta(UP). Coach: Theophile Loe Lowe.

Women: Swati Phadke(Mah), S Surbala Hanu(Mpr), Seema Deswal(Dli), Trupti L Veer(Mah), Meera Chettri(Skm), Kalpana Kamal(UP), Milan U Dhanwade (Mah), Supriya B Joshi(Mah).

Coach: Jasobanta Singh.
