FIIs can invest under PIS: RBI

Mumbai, May 15 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares of K Sera Productions Ltd under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) through stock exchanges in India.

The central bank has stated that the holdings of FIIs in the company have gone down below 24 per cent limit of its paid-up capital.
