Bihari award to Lokesh Kumar Singh Sahil

Jaipur, May 15 (UNI) Noted poet-lyrist Lokesh Kumar Singh Sahil was today conferred with Mahakavi Bihari award.

The award was presented to Mr Singh by former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh on behalf of Mitra Parishad at a simple ceremony here this evening.

Former Rajasthan Minister and Congress state president B D Kalla presided over the function which was attended by a number of dignitaries.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs one lakh, amemen to and a citation.
