Three killed in Kashmir

Srinagar, May 14 (UNI) Three people were killed in separate incidents across Kashmir since last evening, police said today.

They said Abdul Majid Bhat, a resident of Nowpora Payeen in Narbal area, was wounded when he fell down from a ladder at Care Hospital Bemina last evening.

He was rushed to the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura here where he succumbed to injuries this morning.

Mohammad Ashraf Khan of Usan Tangmarg fell down from stairs last night resulting in a serious head injury. He was rushed to a hospital here where he succumbed to injuries, police said.

They said Mohammad Shafi consumed some poisonous substance at his residence at Nagabal in Badgam district last evening. He was rushed to the Sub-district Hospital Charar-e-Sharief where doctors declared him brought dead.
