SP leader Amar Singh in hospital, stable
New Delhi, May 14: Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh was todayadmitted to a city hospital here following a kidney problem though hewas stated to be out of danger.
Ms S Sharma, Medical Superintendent at the Batra Hospital, whereMr Singh was admitted this morning, told UNI that his condition wasstable.
''He is undergoing some tests and will stay in the hospital fortoday.'' Denying anything serious, Ms Sharma said right now it wasdifficult to say what the exact problem was as tests were still beingconducted. However, she admitted that these were some complecationsregarding the functioning of his kidneys.
