Raghuvanshi is Cong candidate for Shivpur by-poll

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) The Congress has named Virendra Raghuvanshi as its candidate for bye-election to Shivpuri Assembly constituency in Madhya Pradesh.

His candidature was approved here today by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, according to an AICC release issued here today by Mr Oscar Fernandes, Permanent Invitee to the CWC.
