Minor among 22 wounded in Kashmir road accidents
Srinagar, May 14 (UNI) At least 22 people, including a minor boy, were wounded in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley during the past 24 hours, police said today.
A Tata 407 skidded off the road and fell down into a deep gorge near Doodhpathri in Khan Sahib area of Badgam district.
About 20 passengers were wounded in the accident. They have been hospitalised. Police have registered a case in this regard.
A tipper hit and wounded a cyclist, identified as Mohammad Sultan Khan, at Panzinara.
A motorcyclist hit and wounded a five-year-old boy, identified as Javid-ul-Islam, at Tikker in Kupwara district. The wounded boy was rushed to a hospital there from where he was referred to SKIMS for further treatment.
