Canadian High Commissioner calls on Kidwai

Chandigarh, May 14 (UNI) Canadian High Commissioner to India David Malone called on Haryana Governor A R Kidwai at Haryana Raj Bhavan today.

During the meeting, they discussed areas of mutual interest of development between Canada and Haryana.

The Commissioner expressed special interest in setting up of R&D Centres and outsourcing in view of the huge scientific and technical manpower available in the State.

He also apprised that Canada was one of the highest importers of the automobile parts from Haryana.

Dr Kidwai acquainted the High Commissioner about the speedy progress made by Haryana in every field of development.
