BJP to hold rally against Cong 'misrule'

Rohtak, May 14 (UNI) Charging the Hooda government in Haryana with failure on all fronts, state BJP president Atma Prakash Manchanda has said his party would hold a rally against the "Congress misrule" at Rohtak on the birth anniversary of former Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dr Mangal Sain.

Mr Manchanda alleged that the law and order situation in the state was the worst under the Hooda regime with every day media reports of incidents of murder, robbery, rape, dacoity theft, extortion and kidnapping for ransom.

There was acute shortage of power and water while the prices of essential commodities were rising in the state, he said adding that every section of society had been suffering due to poor performance of the state government.

Mr Manchanda said the BJP would mobilise people against "anti-people" policies of the Hooda government by organising meetings and conferences in different parts of the state during the next four months.

This, he said, would be followed by a massive rally on october 27, the birth anniversary of Dr Mangal Sain, at Rohtak.
