Bhelwaghati victims meet J'khand CM

Ranchi, May 14 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda today assured the victims of Bhelwaghati massacre that the state government would fulfil their demands within a short timeframe.

A delegation, led by women Congress state president Pratibha Pandey, met Mr Koda during the day in this regard and apprised him about their ''prolonged demands.'' After the meeting, Ms Pandey said that the erstwhile NDA government failed to fulfil its assurance to provide jobs and education to the children of massacre victims. The Chief Minister has assured to look into the matter and do the needful soon, she said.

Altogther 17 people were killed by ultras in the massacre occurred about two years back.
