Bees kill tribal

Barwani, MP, May 14 (UNI) A 65-year-old tribal has been fatally stung by a swarm of bees in this district's Kirmala village, police said.

Sekda Gandas was bathing near a well in the vicinity of his house when the bees from a hive in a nearby tree targeted him in an attack lasting ten minutes. Due to his age he was unable to flee from the scene while others ran for their lives.

Gandas was declared dead after being rushed to a Primary Health Centre at Varla.
