AP CM releases book on three-year Cong rule

Hyderabad, May 14 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today released a book on the Congress party's three-year rule in the state.

Speaking on the occasion at his residence here, Dr Reddy said the three year journey of the party had been successful.

The state's progress towards 'Haritha (Green) and other development programmes taken up by the government such as the massive irrigation initiative, pro-farmer decisions of the government like providing free power, waiver of energy dues, provision of crop loans, reduction of interest rates and payment of compensation for the families of farmers who committed suicide were among other things mentioned in the book.
