Amar Singh in hospital, stable
New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh was today admitted to a city hospital here following a kidney problem though he was stated to be out of danger.
Ms S Sharma, Medical Superintendent at the Batra Hospital, where Mr Singh was admitted this morning, told UNI that his condition was stable.
''He is undergoing some tests and will stay in the hospital for today.'' Denying anything serious, Ms Sharma said right now it was difficult to say what the exact problem was as tests were still being conducted. However, she admitted that these were some complecations regarding the functioning of his kidneys.
