20-year-old youth kidnapped

Moga, May 14 (UNI) A 20-year-old youth has been allegedly kidnapped by four persons in Gill village of Moga district, police said today.

Soni Ram, a resident of Rajyana village, lodged a complaint with the police that his son Pappu had been kidnapped by Manpreet Singh, Nachhattar Singh (son and father) of the same village and Mander Singh and Makhan Sikh of Datta village in the district.

Police said a dispute between the two groups was behind the kidnapping. A manhunt had been launched to arrest the accused and rescue the kidnapped boy.
