Woman burns husband to death

Thane, May 13 (UNI) A woman murdered her husband Ambernath locality here, police today said.

The accused Anila (40), yesterday her husband Rajendera Kumar Gurudas Ram Puami (42) between 0900-1200 hours, over his infidelity, they said.

Anila killed her husband as he had married another woman and was not willing to stay with her any longer, said Police Inspector (Crime) Godbole of Ambernath police station.

The victim was taken to Ulhasnagar Central Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, he said.

Police has registered an offence of murder on the basis of the complaint by their 14 year old daughter Norain, he said.

Anila has been arrested and investigation is on, he added.
