Students injured in road mishap

Chittoor, May 13 (UNI) Eleven students along with the teacher and driver were injured, three of them seriously when a school van in which they were travelling hit a APSRTC bus near Muduvedu Railway Gate in Curval mandal in Chittoor here today.

Police said the mishap occured when the van was proceeding to Madanapalli from Rayachote with students, who attended the Gurukul entrace examinations in Chittoor.

The injured were admitted to Madanapalli hospital and the seriously injured were admitted to Ruia Government hospital, police added.
