One killed and eight injured in Jamtara

Jamtara, May 13 (UNI) One person was killed and eight were injured when a vehicle carrying them overturned near Bano village under Jamtara police station of Jharkhand's Jamtara district today.

Police said all the injured were going to attend a marriage party.

The accident happened as the driver lost control over the vehicle.

One persn died on spot whereas the injured were admitted to Jamtara Sadar hospital.

The driver was absconding.
