Niho to launch Scottish City Centre at Jamnagar

Mumbai, May 13: Niho Constructions, a flagship of Delhi-based real estate major Krishna Group, here yesterday announced the launch of ''Scottish City Centre'', a mall at Jamnagar in Gujarat.

Actress Neha Dhupia unveiled a model of the mall in a glittering ceremony.

In a bid to have a pan-India presence in the realm of real estate in western India, the Group plans to bring up such malls and residential apartments at various cities in western part of the country.

Company Marketing Head Neeraj Karoul, speaking on the occasion, said, ''Our Scottish series was a sucessful venture in Delhi and NCR, thus we decided to expand it to the western parts of India.'' The Group has projects valued at over Rs 2500 crore which would be completed in the next three to four years.

Mr Karoul claimed the Scottish City Centre in Jamnagar will be the first of its kind mall in Gujarat and also the biggest in the state.

Sprawled over an area of 800,000 sq ft, the mall will also have a six-screen multiplex and a star hotel.
