Minor and 2 journalists killed in road mishap

Maharajganj, May 13 (UNI) Two journalists and a child were killed in a road accident at Gorakhpur-Nepal highway here today.

The incident occurred in Navtanva station area, when a mini-bus collided head on with a motorcycle, killing the duo who were travelling on it, police said adding a five-year-old child, playing on the road, also died in the accident..

The deceased identified as Arun Kumar Chaudhary and Avinash Singh were reporters of two private news channels and were going for a news coverage in Sunauli.

Police have arrested the truck driver.
