Head constable kills self

Ratlam, MP, May 13 (UNI) A 50-year-old head constable posted at this district headquarters shot himself with a pistol in his quarter at 1530 hrs today following a family dispute caused by his alcoholism, police said.

Head Constable Bhishmakumar Joshi, who had joined the police after leaving the Army, died on the spot.

Superintendent of Police Satish Saxena and other officers rushed to the quarter.
