Head Constable arrested for taking bribe

Fatehgarh Sahib, May 13 (UNI) A Head Constable Sahib Singh alias Sahibi was arrested by the police for allegedly taking bribe.

Fatehgarh Sahib SSP Nilabh Kishore informed police received a complaint that Sahibi, posted at Sirhind police station had taken bribe of Rs 1,500. He said that after receiving the complaint, an inquiry was conducted . He said Sahibi was found guilty and after registering a case against him under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act he was arrested.
