Gulbarga records highest maximum temperature of 43.1 deg. celsius

Bangalore, May 13 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Isolated rain occurred over Coastal Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Interior Karnataka. Chief amounts of rainfall (cm): Mani 1. Maximum temperatures fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka however they were below normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 43.1 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Tuesday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the State.

Local forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Maximum temperature would be around 35 degree celsius.
