CRPF constable dies in mysterious circumstances in Kashmir
Srinagar, May 13 (UNI) A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable died under mysterious circumstances in south Kashmir last evening, police said today.
Police said constable Subash Chand of CRPF's 166 battalion was rushed to the Pulwama district hospital immediately after he complained of chest pain.
However, the doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
The deceased was attached with the Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, as an escort.
Police said he reportedly died due to mysterious chest pain.
Police have initiated proceedings under section 174 of CrPC to ascertain the cause of his death.
