BSP MLA fails to take oath as minister
Lucknow, May 13 (UNI) Newly-elected Bahujan Samaj Party MLA Anand Sen Yadav could not take oath today as minister when his name was announced during the ceremony at Raj Bhawan.
BSP sources said the MLA could not come due to illness.
Anand Sen Yadav, son of BSP MP from Faizabad Mitrasen Yadav, has been elected from Milkipur seat for the second time.
His name was announced for the oath by Chief Secretary Shambhu Nath but he did not turn up.
The 21 ministers of state (Independent charge) were administered the oath in batches of seven.
