Five ultras killed in encounter

Garwah, May 12 (UNI) At least five CPI(Maoist) ultras including two woman cadres were killed in an encounter with the security forces in Jharkhand's Garwah district today.

Police said the encounter happened near Chapia Madgari area under Bhandaria police station area where raids were being conducted jointly by Central Reserve Police Force and Jharkhand Armed Police ut in view of coming by-poll to the Daltonganj Assembly seat of Palamu district.

Meanwhile, bodies of five ultras including two women were recoverd.
