Two killed in two different mishap

Bijapur, May 11 (UNI) Two people were killed and seven others injured in two different mishaps that took place in the district today.

Police said that Dundawwa Gurappa Lingadalli died on the spot when house roof collapsed while she was asleep in Chikka Bevanoor Village in Indi taluk.

In another incident one person was killed on the spot and seven others were seriously injured when a tractor in which they were travelling fell in to a Nala at Budihal in Sindagi Taluk.

The injured were admitted to hospital.

in yet another mishap, sugar cane grown in four acres of land was completely gutted in an accidental fire at Bevanoor Village.
