Twelve hardcore militants nabbed

Imphal, May 11 (UNI) The police had a major success during the past few days as twelve hardcore insurgents of different militant organisations were nabbed by police.

The SP of Imphal West said on May 8 two cadres of NSCN(K) were nabbed. On the basis of the information given by them six more of the same outfit were nabbed from various parts of the state during the past 48 hours, he said.

The SP said in another incident yesterday a cadre of Kuki Liberation Army was held.

Meanwhile, the Imphal East police nabbed three cadres of the United National Liberation Front, the SP said.
