Sobha Developers to set up township in Kerala

New Delhi, May 11: Realty firm Sobha Developers Ltd today said it will launch its first integrated township in Kerala in a 70:30 joint venture with Tree Hill Estates Pvt Ltd (THEPL).

The proposed project, to be completed over five years, will come up in Thrissur at an investment ratio of 33:67 respectively, a statement said.

Details of the investment were unavailable.

Christened 'Sobha City' the project will be spread over 71 acres of land and will boast of super luxury apartments, villas, shopping mall, hotel, multiplex, convention centre and a multi- speciality hospital.
