Shyboy claims Krishnaraja Wadiyar cup

Bangalore, May 11 (UNI) Less fancied "Shyboy" (Suraj Narredu up) won the Krishnaraja Wadiyar Cup, the main event of opening day's Winter meeting held today.

The winner is owned by Mr S S Shah and trained by Faraz Arshad.

Jockey K P G Appu and Trainer Neil Darashah had brace of winners each.

Only two favourites obliging in a card of six events.
