Mumbai scribes protest attack on Dinakaran
Mumbai, May 11 (UNI) The Mumbai media here today protested against the attack on Tamil Nadu's Dinakaran newspaper in which three people were killed.
On Tuesday, the Madurai edition of the daily was allegedly attacked by the supporters of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's son Azhagiri after the newspaper carried a survey on the successor of Mr Karunanidhi.
The offices of Star News, Zee News and Mid-Day were also attacked in the past.
Members of the Mumbai Press Club, Mumbai Marathi Patrakar Sangh, Mantralaya Reporters Association and Media Sports Academy joined in the protest.
