Man dies of sun stroke

Sheopur (MP), May 11 (UNI) An unidentified person died of sun stroke at a village in this district, where heat wave was lashing for more than a week with mercury hovering around 45 degree Celsius.

The body of a person, aged around 45 years, was recovered yesterday from a bridge on the Seep river near Goras village in Karal police station area and it was suspected that he died of sun stroke, police said.

This is the second such incident in the district this season as another person died of heat wave in April, police added.

Mercury touched 45 degree Celsius in the district yesterday.
