Man commits suicide at his paramour's home

Anand, May 11 (UNI) A man committed suicide at his paramour's home by consuming pesticide and the body was recovered yesterday.

Pinakin Kanaiyalal Panchal (35) had gone to his lover Kokilaben's house at Waghna Chakla, Umreth, 20 km from here when she had gone to Godhra three days ago to attend a social function. After returning back yesterday, she found foul smell emanating from the house.

Kokilaben (45) is married and so was Pinakin, a watch-repairer.

In a suicide note recovered by the police, Pinakin said he was in love with Kokilaben and has blamed her for leaving without informing him and said his child was growing in Kokilaben's womb and should be taken proper care of. He also apologised to his wife for taking the extreme step.

Umreth police have sent the body for postmortem. FSL team was also called. A case has been registered under section 174 of Cr PC.
