3 soldier killed in north Kashmir

Srinagar May 11 (UNI) Three soldiers of 7 Para were killed in the north Kashmir today, a police spokesman said.

He said soldiers identified as Subedar Dileep Singh, Sepoy Ravi Kumar and Sepoy Hari Prasad, who were injured in a fierce encounter with Pakistani infiltrators on May 8 at Lashidat near the Line of Control (LoC) died in the hospital.

Seven infiltrators were killed and two were captured by the troops in a two-day operations from May 7.
