Pilibhit, May 10 (UNI) Two people, including an election observer, were seriously injured in a road accident here.

The incident took place late last night in Nawabganj area, when IAS officer M S Meena was going to Pilibhit in connection with the counting slated for tomorrow.

His car had a collision with a bullock cart, police said.

Later, they were taken to a hospital.
