Human trafficking gang busted, five held
Bangalore, May 10 (UNI) Police have busted a human trafficking gang and arrested five persons, including two women and rescued 12 minor girls at Vidyaranyapuram in the city.
Police said the raid yesterday was jointly conducted by the city police and Andhra Pradesh police at a house in Vidyaranyapuram.
The arrested were identified as Chandan Gowda and Jagadish of Karnataka and K Raju, Sunitha and Sirisha of Andhra Pradesh.
Later, the arrested and the rescued were taken to Nuzvid, police added.
