Gulbarga records highest temperature 40.9 degree celsius
Bangalore, May 10 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.
Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 40.9 degree celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over North Interior Karnataka.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Dakshina Kannada, Chikmagalur, Kodagu districts, Mainly dry weather may prevail over the remaining districts of the State.
Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Maximum temperature would be around 34 degree celsius.
