Autoline Ind to pick 51pc in US company

New Delhi, May 10: Autoline Industries Ltd, Pune-based supplier of auto ancillary products, today said it will acquire 51 per cent stake in the US-based Detroit Engineered Products Inc (DEP).

Autoline Industries has executed an agreement with the promoters of DEP for the proposed acquisition as strategic investor.
