71.6 per cent passed class ten in Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad, May 10 (UNI) The overall pass percentage of class ten in Andhra Pradesh was 71.6 per cent.

The pass percentage of girls was 71.80, while it was only 71.53 per cent for boys.

West Godavari stood first with 86.03 per cent. Anantapur was last with 53.46 per cent.

Hundred per cent pass was achieved by 1,118 schools. Not even a single student passed in 24 schools.

Andhra Pradesh Minister for School Education and Government Examinations, Damodaram Rajanarasimha released the class 10 results today.
