AP: Two NRIs donate Rs 25 lakh to TTD

Tirumala, May 9: Two non-resident Indians (NRIs) from Spain have donated Rs 12.5 lakh each to TTD-run 'Nitya Annadana and Pranadana' scheme.

While a devotee from Chittoor donated one lakh rupees to TTD's 'Kalayanamastu' Trust.

The NRIs Mr Ranjit and Mr Ajit handed over the cheques to the temple executive officer G Balaramaiah and the other devotee Srikanth to TTD Trust Board Chairman B Karunakara Reddy here yesterday.

Under the 'Pranadana Scheme', the TTD had been providing free surgeries to the poor people through SVIMS, while under 'Nitya Annadana' scheme, the TTD provided free meals to the devotees visiting the temple.
