Kidnapper admits killing Ankit

Chapra, May 9 (UNI) The body of Ankit, a school boy, who was murdered after his abduction on April 12 from Patna, would be exhumed for investigation, official sources said.

The exhumation was initiated following clues given by the servant, who was earlier arrested for kidnapping deceased Ankit.

Official sources said here today that the digging was going on to exhume the body under the supervision of a special team of Patna police on the bank of river Saryu near Rahat Road under town police station area in Saran district.

The sources said that Balram, the servant who had abducted Ankit, admitted that he had killed the child following which the search operation for the body of the victim was launched.

Earlier on the basis of informations given by the accused the uniform of Ankit and his school bag were recovcered from different places in Chhapra.
