Two feared drowned in Krishna

Vijayawada, May 8 (UNI) Two persons were feared drowned in river Krishna at Sitanagaram in Guntur district, today.

According to police, four persons from Yanamalakuduru village near here went to Sitanagaram and ventured into the river to take bath. However, two of them were feared drowned, while the rest returned.

Search operations were on to trace the missing persons, K Harikrishna (22) and G Venkateswara Rao (23), police added.
