GHCL unit gets $100 mln home textiles order

New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd (GHCL) today said its US-based subsidiary Dan River Inc has signed a multi-year 100 million dollar contract to supply home textiles products to Starwood Hotels&Resorts Worldwide Inc.

The contract will cater to North American properties of Starwood Hotels and Resorts with a potential to grow multi fold by supply to Starwoods global portfolio of hotels and resorts, a company statement said.

Starwood Hotels&Resorts is one of the leading hotel and leisure companies in the world with about 850 properties in more than 95 countries and 1,45,000 employees at its owned and managed properties.
