Esika signs pact with Vurv

Bangalore, May 8 (UNI) Esika Infotech today signed a pact with US-based Vurv Technology, a global provider of technology and services for building workforce, to bring in strategic human resource management products.

Addressing a press conference here, Esika CEO Shiva Prasad Desai said ''we decided to partner with Vurv based on their solid track record in recruiting sector and their ability to support customers around the world.'' He said talent acquisition had become a major problem in companies in most verticals, especially in the IT sector.

Vurv offered an integrated suite of strategic work force management products that could help organisations unlock the creative energy, talent and passion of their people, he added.

Vurv Senior Vice President (International Operations) Darren Jaffery said India had been attracting top global companies and Vurv's services and expertise would be very useful.

"We are confident that Esika will be very effective in promoting Veru Express and Vurv Corporate Edition to companies in this rapidly growing market," he added.

The city-based Esika Infotech provides solution in the areas of talent acquisition and staff augmentation.
